A new independent Lettings & Property Management Company, A.R.L.A registered Southcoast Property, has opened its doors in Westbourne, Dorset, and ahead of its launch commissioned Broadview, a leading UK manufacturer and supplier of print and sign solutions, to design and develop signage, window graphics and pavement signage solutions.
Working closely with the management team, Broadview recommended, designed, manufactured and installed signage, window graphics and exterior pavement signage solutions to complement the corporate identity and interior of the estate agency.
The agency’s façade is adorned by a large, four metres by 1.25 metre, black satin sign tray and to give the sign extra impact the silver and turquoise lettering of the company logo has been mounted on to the sign. An internal light has been inserted within the tray for illumination for visual impact.
Internally, a front stainless steel window display has been manufactured and fixed via a metal rod system to display the agency’s latest properties. To complete the project, Broadview applied frosted window graphics to the entrance door and supplied a pavement sign to add the finishing touches, creating a visually stunning and eye-catching frontage.
