Dorset-based Broadview, a leading manufacturer and supplier of blinds and awnings, has strengthened its sales team with the appointment of Mike Lingham as specialist blinds consultant.
Joining from Poundbury Blinds in Poundbury, Dorchester, Mike has extensive experience within the blinds business having worked in the industry for more than 10 years. During his career, Mike has gained valuable experience in all aspects of the industry including consultation, surveying, installation and retail sales and his appointment reinforces Broadview’s commitment to delivering the highest levels of service to the residential market.
Based at the firm’s head office in Poole, Mike will specialise in residential sales within the conservatory blinds and plantation shutters division and will report directly to Ian Pratt, managing director at Broadview. Mike will be responsible for working directly with residential customers as well as interior designers and architects who are looking to invest or source bespoke high-end plantation shutters, roof blinds for orangeries, atriums and conservatories as well as motorised solutions for blinds.
